Gatehouse Partners makes it easy to invest in the real estate development projects of their sister company Gatehouse Design + Developments. The goal for Gatehouse Partners was to create a brand that conveyed a clear statement of quality, credibility, and the strength to forge consumers’ paths into a transitioning new crowdsourcing real estate investing environment in Canada.
As the in-house graphic designer for Gatehouse, I lead the design on the sales and marketing materials for the new company, based on in-depth research and targeting done by a marketing consultant brought on board to help with the launch.
